OpenClaw 2026.6.9: OpenClaw 2026.6.9：加强中断恢复、扩展 Plugin 与 Codex 执行能力

Agent 与 Session 恢复路径加入对思考后报错、Tool Call 后空结果、压缩后用量及不完整历史的处理；Codex 集成增加 Plugin 自动批准与连接节点的动态 `exec` Tool。Gateway 启动时发现外部安装的 channel Plugin，官方 provider 也拆为独立 npm 包；这些改动扩展了 Plugin 装载、Codex 执行和 Agent 恢复行为。Runtime Prompt 的 cron 契约则将默认 `run` 收紧为“仅到期时运行”，立即触发须显式传 `runMode="force"`。Runtime Prompt 与 Tool Schema 有相应变化；Static Prompt 未提供。
