Pi 0.79.6: 修正 HTTP fetch 覆盖与 DeepSeek V4 thinking-off 兼容参数

本版修正两处 Provider/HTTP 兼容路径：HTTP dispatcher 保留调用方显式提供的 `fetch`，DeepSeek V4 的 thinking-off 请求发送 `thinking: { type: "disabled" }`。这使自定义传输实现不会被全局 fetch 替换，并让继承的 OpenCode Go 请求符合该 Provider 的关闭思考参数约定。
